I love this simple yet stunning domed pendant.  The pendant pictured is goldfilled and is so incredibly shiny that the photo just doesn’t do it justice.  (Also available in a golden brass).

Shown with two Swarovski birthstone crystal drops.  (If you would like only one Swarovski drop the -$5).
